Your exact fee will be agreed upon during your market appraisal and clearly stated in your Terms of Business before marketing begins.

Sales Fee: 1% of the final agreed sale price, subject to a minimum fee of £1,500 + VAT, payable upon completion. (Example: If your property sells for £180,000, the sales fee would be £1,800 + VAT (£2,160 including VAT), payable upon completion.)
Sales Progression Only Fee: £1200.00 including VAT (£1000.00 plus VAT)
Energy Performance Certificate Fee: £144.00 including VAT (£120.00 plus VAT)

Fully Managed Service: Set- up Fee £750.00 including VAT (£625.00 + VAT)
Monthly Management Fee: 16.8% including VAT (14% + VAT)
Let Only Service: Equivalent to one month's full rent plus VAT (Subject to a minimum fee of £660.00 including VAT, £500.00 + VAT)
Management Take Over Service: Set-up Fee £594.00 including VAT (£495.00 + VAT)
Monthly Management Fee: 16.8% including VAT (14% + VAT)
